Old and New Levi

This outfit is a mix of the old and the new, as I usually love to do that. Vintage Levi jacket I found on EBay (Search Smock Walker Vintage...She has a really fun selection!) but new Levi jeans. Proof that Levi is always worth splurging your money on because they only make timeless pieces.

I just got these cute sneakers from Brooks Heritage. They're one of their new styles for spring and summer and might I add they're SOOOOO comfortable. The price is right on point too for an all leather sneaker. They do free shipping and returns as well! My favorite about their Heritage line is that they go for a vintage inspired look. I love that!

Lastly my sunnies from Diff Eyewear.  I love them! I actually plan to get another color in this style. Use code RUNSTYLE25 for 25% off to get some for yourself. Also, for every pair of sunglasses they sell, they donate a pair of reading glasses to someone in need.

Outdoor Lover

An outfit for the outdoor lover.
I have been just especially drawn to rustic, stylish, outdoor style this year. An awesome tee paired with the best kind of denim jacket and leather boots. I guess that's always been something I've loved hehe. PS the JCrew denim I'm wearing and the Madewell jacket will be available soon in my instagram shop @stylish_treasures!

When we went to Vernal, we actually tried to book this hotel online before we went. But they were totally booked solid. Then we got into town and realized the hotel was actually closed for renovation. It has a lot of charm so we decided to stop and snap some photos at it. I love original touch on old buildings...I hope they don't change it too much!

Anddd...they do free shipping over $100. So, just go get one. You'll thank me later.

2-The Embroidered Top

If you've followed me a while, you'll know my love for Siren Brand's embroidered items. They are the best you can find. Gorgeous detail and amazing quality. I added this top to my collection this year and it's officially my new favorite shirt I OWN! Vintage inspired and perfect for the warm months ahead. Another piece you will never ever ever ever ever regret purchasing.

Vernal Utah Roadtrip

I went down to Utah for work and decided to add a couple days and take an adventure with my cute friend Gentri. You don't have to go far to find cool places! We drove about 3 hours from Salt Lake City to Vernal, Utah. It was the perfect two day getaway to see some local gems!! We drove through Heber, Utah where we HAD to stop at the Dairy Keen. yes, Keen...Not to be confused with Dairy Queen. Burgers, fries and milkshakes. Or maybe chicken strips. Or grilled cheese. It's all good.
I was sort of feeling all nostalgic on our way there. When I was young, we had a cabin in Fruitland, Utah which is on the way! So I saw many familiar land marks and found myself wishing I was a 10 year old girl again.
Despite the snow you see, we had really nice, warm weather. These spots were just a couple of places off the road we found beautiful.
We made it to good ol' Vernal. Land of the Dinosaurs. Especially the cutest PINK dinosaur. To visit this dinosaur makes the whole trip worth it. hehe.
We checked into our hotel Friday and just kinda had a lazy evening. Saturday we hit the road as early as I would allow. (I'm not a morning person.) First we headed up to Flaming Gorge. The drive was amazing!
We stopped at a fly shop right by the gorge. Gentri and I both bought a souveneir sweatshirt. We need proof we actually went there DUH!! hehe. The guy even discounted them a ton! We will be back for more...You can count on it.
After Flaming Gorge we hit the road to go visit Fantasy Canyon! Such an interesting and beautiful place.
We planned to explore a couple of other places the next day but I got a little stomach bug. So homeward bound we went. But still enjoyed the fresh air and seeing new places. If you ever drive through Utah, take a little detour through Vernal! You won't regret it.
