This trip has been slow coming getting it all done and up on my blog! But here is the final places we visited in Morocco! We arrived from our desert tour in Fez. We stayed at Riad Taryana right in the Medina in Fez. We loved the location and the Riad was very nice and comfortable. Fez was very picturesque Morocco. The Medinas were charming and full of life and culture. We walked around to shop a lot and we visited the oldest University IN THE WORLD- University of Al Quarouiyine. The tannery is here in Fez as well and is a must see from shop rooftops. Here are photos of our time in Fez.
This was inside of our Riad!

Fez felt like a whirlwind dream and before we knew it, we were on a bus to Chefchaouen. Chefchaouen was quite a bit out of the way and to be honest, probably a mistake haha. We only had a few hours and a sleepover there. It was a beautiful city tucked right up against a mountain but it was small and very far to travel to. We got some great photos but if you're planning to go to Morocco, I'd highly recommend spending your time elsewhere. I am grateful for the photos we got there though. Introducing....The Blue City of Morocco.
After a minute in Chefchaouen, (teehee) we got on an early bus to Casablanca, rode the train to our hotel, and stayed the night. Casablanca is something else we would have cut out. We didn't even spend time there but it did seem quite modern by what we did see.

Overall, this three week trip was a dream for us. We had the most fabulous time and made memories we will never forget.

xoxo
