Live the Little Things//February 2

I explained "live the little things" in this post HERE in case it may be something new to your ears.

I feel like this week flew by but I didn't hesitate to remember the small things......

Like that time last week we went to a fancy hotel and the bathrooms were bigger than my bedroom. And of course we have to set up our camera timer and take random photos...I love these girls.

Or that time I propped my feet up to get comfy while listening to some amazing live chill music. And as I was sitting there...Realized my shoes matched the couch exactly so I took a picture to document...haha. I'm a total nerd. But I did meet a cute guy just about 2 minutes after this. It's all about the little things....

Here are some of the photos that really stood out to me for the hashtag #livethelittlethings on instagram. I loved the captions that went along with them so if you have a few minutes, you should scroll these lovely feeds. Easy to find if you just look up the hashtag. Thanks for participating friends! And for your lovely examples that remind me to be better!

These are the four photos I decided to feature on my instagram feed @runstylerun

1-@anneliesemcclain- Enjoying a snow day with her sisters.
2-@alexandrakrystal- Learning how to make the best out of every situation.
3-@twofoolsinlove- Friend paws.
4-@thewesthood- I loved her caption to death! "This big orange unleashed itself from that tree, flew down the roof, jumped over the fence, and rolled itself all the way to my feet." haha...so fun.

I only share photos on my feed every 2 weeks. I have invited others to contact me if they're interested in being a guest judge on the weeks I don't share. So if this is something that might interest you and you have instagram, Email me!

“Life is a bowl of cherries. Some cherries are rotten while others are good; its your job to throw out the rotten ones and forget about them while you enjoy eating the ones that are good! There are two kinds of people: those who choose to throw out the good cherries and wallow in all the rotten ones, and those who choose to throw out all the rotten ones and savor all the good ones.”
-C. Joybell C.

Don't get caught up in the craziness of your life that you forget to see the small and beautiful often random moments in it! That is why I continue encouraging people to participate in this project. Not for numbers or popularity. But to help people see how wonderful life is. Too often we look at the bad things in our lives. We focus too much on our stresses that we don't see that really, no matter how much bad there is, there is more good! Take a minute today to stop and look around. Watch the ones you love, look out the window at the world, take a drive, smile at a stranger, and see what a difference you can make.

Have a wonderful week! I hope you'll #livethelittlethings with me.
