I have made a goal (along with my husband) to visit as many national parks as we can in our life. We love the outdoors and exploring new areas.
Gentri and I's California adventure continues through Joshua Tree National Park. It was different than any national park I've ever been to. At some points we felt like it was almost cartoonish. The rock and tree shapes were so different and interesting.
We came from Palm Springs so we had the chance to drive through the whole park. Our first stop was the Cholla Cactus Garden.
Again, it was super hot....So we could only be outside for so long. We enjoyed the drive and scenery so so much.
Joshua Tree, the town itself, is small and quaint. We stopped for a photo opp at a little general store.
We stopped at a few thrift stores there and then headed to our next destination. Post to follow to see where we went next!!
