This summer a few of my goals are to:
Hike 2-3 times a week with my little Huckleberry.
Run at least 3 times a week 3 miles each time.
Bikram Yoga 1-2 times a week.
Green smoothie every morning.
1 gallon of water daily.
Simple yet challenging and I feel attainable goals that I feel will help me be a happier person! I will definitely evaluate myself each month and see how I'm doing. Oh and did I mention I'm running my first Ragnar race next month??? I'm nervous and excited. It is good motivation right now for me to get up at 6am to run. I'm not a morning person but there is a group getting together at that time to do so...and I need the up and go...So here we go! hehe.
