A bit of a Refresh and Some Organizing with Walmart

I am so excited to be partnering with WALMART for this post! 

This is actually the first of three posts I am doing with Walmart. All will be very different. I'll be sharing everything from room decor and style to fresh food and wellness! In preparation for this, I have really seen the versatility of Walmart and how much they truly offer. Stay tuned over the next couple months to see what else I decided to do!! I am thrilled to say the least.

If you didn't already know, I prefer to do as much of my shopping online as I can. haha. If it's online and I can order it, I'd rather do that. I love getting packages on my doorstep. It's like Christmas. That, and I can find the best prices of any stores, which always ends up being Walmart. I use Walmart.com frequently for so many things. And did you know they offer 2-day shipping on a whole bunch of their products? Fast, easy, and so convenient. 

This year, I have really been wanting to refresh a few areas in our home that just needed some sprucing up as well as do some ORGANIZING. I picked two rooms that are used often, especially by me- Our bathroom and my office! I picked these two rooms for two simple reasons. They just needed some love and organization. 

First up, the bathroom.......

I initially started decorating mostly in white but then realized I really wanted something slightly different that could add some simple warmth. I love cream because it's still clean but adds a nice antique feeling and softness and surprisingly it doesn't show as much dirt. I LOVE how it turned out. It really has that antique vibe that I always love to incorporate however I can. This plushy, new rug, some beautifully soft towels, and some delicious smelling handsoap did exactly the trick for me to update the bathroom. All from Walmart.com and ALL super affordable. Alan teased "no sign of a man living here." I'm grateful he lets me decorate because it is one of my passions. I guess I better let him decide on the next room that needs sprucing hehe.

Now for where I spend most of my time daily, my office......

Oh my office. It turned into a literal tornado. I had no organization, things were just sporadic everywhere. I am not a messy person. I hate clutter. So this drove me absolutely NUTS. I'm ashamed to show you the before butttttttt....here it is:

With the help of Walmart, I wanted to get some organization going on in here. So I got these really cute canvas baskets and a plastic three drawer bin which also has wheels all to put in the closet!! 

Being able to have a place for everything with just those simple organizing tools made such a difference. I was able to get things that have been sitting out on the floor in an actual place. 
Lastly for this space, I really wanted a rug. I searched for the perfect one and had it narrowed down to three on Walmart's website. I am absolutely thrilled with the one I finally picked. It's soft, beautiful, and lightens up the space so nicely. Better yet, it was shockingly affordable. Rugs are always so expensive and this one I found for an unbeatable price. I love the Moroccan vibe of it. This size is the 5X7 and is on sale for just over $100. I'd go grab one quick. It would literally work and be perfect in any room. I am so pleased with how my office looks with just a little refreshing and organization. Now I'm committed to keep it this way!
 Someone else likes my new rug too. He cozies up on it as I work EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.

I would highly recommend checking Walmart.com  for all your shopping needs. They have a lot on their website but it's very easy to navigate. I literally had a blast going through everything for ideas on how to refresh these two rooms and filled my cart with so many items. haha. (Still have some on my wish list...) Their 2-day shipping has no yearly fees like other websites do. I love how easy their website is to use and they make it clear which items are included in their 2-day shipping option. I'd love to know what you guys think of my refresh and organization of these two rooms!
