We had the most random rainstorm today... It lasted all day but it was supposed to be 90 degrees and warm! I am not complaining. The air was incredibly fragrant and clear. You cannot beat summer rain!
"And when it rains on your parade, look up rather than down. Without the rain, there would be no rainbows."

So today I made the best of my rainy day.... I bought myself lunch at Chic Fil A, straightened my room, and made the most delicious Chocolate Chip muffins!! My friend brought me some the other day....and I'm not kidding when I say they were seriously the best ones I've ever tasted! Moist, flavorful, and absolutely delicious! So I asked her for the recipe and about died when she told me. It is seriously the easiest recipe on the planet. Which is especially good for me because I am pretty far from domestic. And even better they're pretty healthy! They're a weight watchers recipe.
Here is what you need:
Yep thats it! One box of Spice Cake, 8 oz. of Pumpkin puree, and chocolate chips....
I have been really wanting to share this fun apron I received C/O Flower Fight Clothing Company. I met the owner Amanda through instagram where I have met some amazing people. She has a handful of fun homemade items which I love because you know a lot of heart and soul goes into each and every piece. Take a few minutes and stop by her store to see her beautiful creations.
To start// Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the 3 ingredients together. I added just a cup of chocolate chips but it is honestly up to you. I used a spoon until well blended. You could also use a mixer and mix for 2 minutes.
I sprayed the muffin tin and put the dough directly in. I filled each almost full. Placed in the oven and cooked for 18 minutes. I checked them at 15 so you will cook them anywhere from 15-20 minutes depending on your oven.
And thats it...

I am a little behind with the "What She Wears//Maxi edition." But I wanted to look through each blog that participated. Ladies, you are ALL gorgeous and I loved your renditions of this edition. Of course we had to choose one and I would have to say Shio from Sweetness a boos blew me out of the water with her look. I am such a fan of boho. I love the print of her maxi dress, how she dressed it down with a chambrae button up, and the headpiece is gorgeous with her ombre hair. She looks absolutely effortless yet perfectly put together!! This is the type of look I myself would want to recreate. LOVELY!
Make sure you see the entire look on her blog Sweetness a boos.
For next month ladies (the first Tuesday in July) our What She Wears challenge will be "NEONS." I'm excited for this one because I literally have maybe one shirt in my closet that is bright. So I am already planning "What She Wears" hehe. Hope you'll join us!
Beijos!!
Aw looks like the perfect rainy day!
